This privacy policy applies to Utalog app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices.

When you download and use Application, following information may be automatically collected:

    • Operating System Type (iOS / Android)
    • OS Version
    • Device Model
    • Device Name
    • Manufacturer
    • App Version
    • Build Number
  • Usage Information
    • Locale settings (language)
    • Timezone
  • In-App Data
    • Song information you entered (song title, artist, album, etc.)
    • Singing records (score, date, memo, etc.)
    • Setlists (playlists)
    • App settings (language preference, etc.)

1.2 Location Information

The Application does not currently collect location information.

1.3 Feedback Information

If you use feedback feature, following information is collected:

  • Feedback content (text freely entered by you)
  • Device information at time of submission (same as section 1.1)

2. Purpose of Information Collection

The collected information is used for following purposes:

  • Improving Application and fixing bugs
  • Enhancing user experience
  • Responding to feedback
  • Providing features within Application

3. Data Storage Methods

3.1 Local Storage

The Application stores user data using the following method:

  • AsyncStorage: Data is stored in local storage on device
  • Storage Location: Inside the user's device
  • External Transmission: Data is not transmitted to the cloud unless the user explicitly performs an action

3.2 Cloud Storage

At this time, Application does not use cloud databases (Firestore, etc.). All data is stored on device.

4. Third-Party Disclosure

4.1 Feedback Submission

When you use feedback feature, following information is sent to the developer via Google Forms:

  • Feedback content
  • Device information

4.2 Advertising and Analytics Services

Important: The Application uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and AdMob for ad delivery and usage analytics, and may automatically collect user information.

These services use cookies and ad identifiers for tracking. For details, please refer to each service's privacy policy:

4.3 Other Third Parties

The Service Provider does not disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information to third parties except as described in this privacy statement. The Service Provider may disclose your information with third parties in ways that are described in this privacy statement. The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

  • as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process
  • when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request

  • In-App Data: User Provided data is retained for as long as you use Application and for a reasonable time thereafter
  • Feedback: Submitted feedback will be retained for a reasonable period

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information that Service Provider processes and maintains.

  • In-App Data: To delete data, use "Delete All Data" feature in app settings

6.1 Access Rights

You have right to access your information. Data stored in app can be viewed within app.

6.2 Deletion Rights

You have right to request deletion of your information. You can delete information via:

  • Selecting "Delete All Data" in app settings
  • Requesting deletion via contact email address

6.3 Correction Rights

You have the right to request correction of your information. Please contact us at the contact information below.

6.4 Opt-Out

  • AdMob: You can disable ad personalization through Google settings
  • Google Analytics: You can manage ad personalization at Google Settings

7. Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information that Service Provider processes and maintains.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service Provider does not use Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In case Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact Service Provider (contact email address below) so that they will be able to take necessary actions.

9. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to Privacy Policy by updating this page with new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes. This Privacy Policy is effective as of March 17, 2026.

Additional Information

About Firestore

Note

The Application does not currently use cloud databases (Firestore). All user data is stored in AsyncStorage on device. If cloud synchronization features are added in the future, this privacy policy will be updated at that time to clearly specify types of information stored in the cloud.

About Device Authentication

The Application does not currently collect identification information (device ID, etc.) for device authentication purposes. If authentication features are added in the future for fraud prevention or security assurance, this privacy policy will be updated to clarify purpose and information collected.
